Our Recipe for Success

Our mixes are designed to be flexible to your needs. We work with large corporations that have many on-site commercial kitchens, single location corporate cafes, and even local restaurants and caterers. What makes our partnerships thrive is our Recipe for Success that we’ve created over the years with our customers. Our tried and true approach uses just three simple ingredients: Commitment, Consistency and Communication.

1 Cup of Commitment
  • We start all of our partnerships by having a discussion about your current bakery offerings and needs.
  • Jointly, we create a personalized plan of how we can add value and variety.
  • Upon a mutual commitment to bake and serve Miffy’s Muffins, Scones and/or any of our other items daily, we recommend a 3 month introduction period to try our mixes.
2 Pints of Consistency
  • We believe in setting a schedule and sticking to it! That’s how the best habits are formed.
  • Serving our baked items daily creates consistent customer sales – most of our locations sell out every day when they maintain daily baking.
  • We recommend having one or two chefs per location heading up the baking and flavor schedule. Our collaboration and seasonal recipes are a great help here!
3 Pinches of Communication
  • We know that sometimes plans change. We encourage our customers to keep an open dialogue with us throughout the partnership.
  • We love sharing our seasonal recipes and flavor twists for your whole grain muffins, scones, quick bread, waffles, pancakes and more.
  • You can even request Miffy to visit your kitchen, she will bake with your team and show how easy it is. It’s a lot of fun and needs only 2 hours.
