Has my order shipped?
  You will receive a shipment confirmation email when your order has shipped within 24 – 48 hours of shipment.
How do I change quantities or cancel an item in my order?
 

Please note that once an order has shipped, the order is no longer editable.

How do I track my order?
  Click the "My Account / Order Status" link at the top right hand side of our site to track your order.
My order never arrived.
 

Please email Miffy at: miffy@miffysfoods.com to find out about your order status. If it never arrived, we will remedy the situation immediately at no extra cost to you.

An item is missing from my shipment.

When will my backorder arrive?
 

Miffy will email you immediately once your backorder has shipped. We regret that sometimes due to high volume orders, the time between ordering and shipping can be delayed. We will always keep you informed of the timeline.
