Muffin Cooking Directions: Makes approx. 12 x 3" muffins (cupcake size)

  • Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
  • Spray 3” diameter muffin tins with non stick cooking spray.
  • In a large bowl, beat together 1 EGG, 1/3 cup MILK, 2 tablespoons OIL.
  • Add Miffy’s Muffin Mix. Stir until incorporated.
  • Mash 3 over ripe bananas and stir in with batter. **Optional: add extras.
  • Spoon into 3" cupcake sized muffin tins between 1/2 & 2/3 full. Sprinkle with cinnamon sugar.
  • Bake for 16 - 18 minutes.
Mini Muffins Cooking Directions: Bake for 15 min. Makes 30

Muffin Popper Cooking Directions: Reduce heat to 390 degrees. Makes approx. 60
Bake for 12 - 14 min. (Banana Blueberry...bake for 15 min).

Mini Loaf: Bake for 18 - 20 min. Makes 6.

Loaf: Reduce heat to 350 degrees. Bake for 45 - 50 min.

INGREDIENTS: ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT & OAT MIX (ORGANIC WHOLE WHEAT FLOUR, ORGANIC OAT BRAN, ORGANIC OATS), BROWN SUGAR, SUGAR, CINNAMON, ALUMINUM FREE BAKING POWDER (SODIUM ACID PYROPHOSPHATE, SODIUM BICARBONATE, CORN STARCH, MONOCALCIUM PHOSPHATE), SALT.
